Job Overview As a Flex RN D/R, you will provide professional and non‑professional nursing care services in accordance with physician orders. The role includes assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care needs of designated patients and performing clinical support tasks within the scope of practice to achieve the patient’s plan of care. Responsibilities Provide professional nursing care to patients. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for a designated group of patients or provide nursing care and identified clinical support tasks within the scope of practice. Perform the professional nursing duties required by the physician orders. Oversight of the design, implementation, or delivery of processes, programs, and policies using specialized knowledge and skills gained through advanced education. Manage projects or processes; work independently with limited supervision, coach and review the work of lower level professionals, and resolve difficult or complex problems. Minimum Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) license or license eligible. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). Specialty Nursing certifications. Compensation & Benefits Base pay range: $43.01 - $70.95 per hour.
