Love jewelry? Enjoy helping people? Diamond Mine is adding to our Aurora team, and we're looking for motivated people who want more than just another retail job.

We're a full-service wholesale jewelry store that does a little bit of everything: jewelry sales, loans on jewelry, gold buying, custom pieces, and repairs. No two days look the same, and you'll learn a side of the jewelry business most stores never show you.

You might be a great fit if you have experience in:

Jewelry sales, buying, or loans
Retail sales or customer service
Resale or pawn
Leadership
Social media or merchandising
Or you're simply dependable, motivated, and eager to learn. The right attitude goes a long way here.

What you'll do:

Help customers find the perfect piece, get a loan, or sell their gold
Build relationships with repeat customers and bring in new business
Handle transactions with accuracy and care
Work independently and as part of a close-knit team

What we're looking for:

An enthusiastic personality that turns first-time visitors into regulars
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong attention to detail
A neat, professional appearance
Initiative and a willingness to learn
Ability to pass a background check
Jewelry, pawn, or leadership experience is a plus but not required
