Overview

The Showroom Manager is the driving force behind our showroom’s success—leading daily operations, elevating the customer experience, developing a high-performing sales team, and building strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal partners.

As the face and voice of the showroom, you’ll bring together sales strategy, team leadership, operational excellence, and relationship management to create an environment where our customers thrive, our teammates feel supported, and our business continues to grow.

We’re looking for a proactive, results-driven leader who can balance the big picture with the day-to-day details, identify opportunities for improvement, and turn challenges into opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Business Growth

• Lead showroom operations and drive sales performance to consistently achieve and exceed established goals.

• Recruit, develop, train, coach, and motivate a high-performing showroom sales team.
\n
• Establish individual sales goals, set clear expectations, and hold team members accountable for results.
\n
• Conduct monthly performance evaluations, provide meaningful feedback, and create development opportunities that strengthen individual and team performance.
\n
• Analyze financial reports, sales trends, and business performance to identify opportunities to increase revenue, improve operating efficiencies, maximize return on investment (ROI), and support profitability and profit-sharing objectives.
\n
• Monitor sales growth and declines to stay connected to customers’ businesses, identify emerging trends, and recognize internal or external factors impacting performance.

Customer Experience & Relationship Management

• Champion an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint, from initial inquiry to ongoing relationship management.
\n
• Oversee inbound and outbound customer communications to ensure timely, professional, and effective engagement.
\n
• Manage escalated customer concerns with confidence, urgency, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
\n
• Build lasting customer relationships that strengthen loyalty, increase sales volume, and improve overall customer satisfaction.

• Serve as the face and voice of the showroom, representing our brand with professionalism, energy, and a commitment to service excellence.

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Partnerships

• Lead, support, and empower the showroom team by fostering a collaborative, accountable, and customer-focused environment.
\n
• Provide hands-on support to teammates whenever needed, leading by example and stepping in to help the team succeed.
\n
• Build and maintain strong relationships with showroom vendors and internal partners, including PCM, through clear communication, collaboration, and follow-through.
\n
• Act as a key communication link between the showroom, customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to keep everyone aligned and moving toward shared goals.

Showroom Operations & Continuous Improvement

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the showroom, ensuring displays, processes, and team workflows support business objectives.
\n
• Track showroom material and display investments by brand, year, and last-update timeframe to maintain visibility into spending, freshness, and merchandising needs.
\n
• Identify operational bottlenecks and process inefficiencies, then develop and implement practical solutions that support business growth and improve the experience for both teammates and customers.
\n
• Evaluate existing processes and adapt as the business evolves, ensuring the showroom remains efficient, responsive, and positioned for continued success.
\n
• Balance operational priorities with sales initiatives to maximize showroom effectiveness and overall business performance.
\n

Community Engagement & Events

• Represent the company at external association meetings, industry functions, and community events to strengthen relationships, expand our network, and increase brand visibility.
\n
• Plan, coordinate, and execute internal showroom events for customers and business partners.
\n
• Create engaging, well-organized events that strengthen partnerships, showcase our offerings, and generate new business opportunities.
