As a member of our Receiving team, you will be responsible for unloading deliveries, verifying received materials, maintaining accurate inventory records, and organizing stock for easy accessibility.Why Work with Stier Supply Company?Join a team that values honest work, teamwork, and safetyCompetitive weekly pay, steady local work, and opportunities for growthLife, dental, vision, and health insurance packages401(k) with company matchPaid vacation and holidaysKey Responsibilities:Unload delivery trucks, including flatbeds in the yard and van loads at the dock.Complete receiving processes in BisTrack (ERP system), including matching deliveries to purchase orders, noting discrepancies or damages, and scanning paperwork.Transfer materials from staging areas to designated warehouse locations.Conduct cycle counts per the defined schedule to maintain inventory accuracy.Maintain warehouse organization by labeling and sorting materials appropriately in both physical and digital systems.Collaborate with production teams to assess and adjust stock levels as needed.Follow all safety and ergonomic guidelines to promote a secure working environment.Perform additional duties as assigned by the Receiving and Inventory Lead.Requirements for Success:Display a strong work ethic and maintain a positive attitude.Function well within a team and communicate effectively.Maintain a history of reliable work attendance.Prioritize a clean and safe work environment and adhere to all posted safety guidelines.SalaryBenefits - Life, Health, Vision, & Dental Insurance.
