Field Services Tech Analyst

St. Louis Children's is hiring for a Field Services Tech Analyst. This is an entry level and onsite position. We are looking for applicants with previous IT experience. This is a 2nd shift position - 3:00 p.m. - 11:30 p.m.

Role Purpose

The Field Technology Support (FTS) Analyst is an entry level position on the Field Technology Support team which is responsible for all end user technology assets with which the employees interface. The FTS Analyst may be required to be 100% on-site and could support one or more locations. The FTS Analyst will work in either a configuration or deployment capacity. The FTS Analyst and all roles in the FTS team serve as the face of IT Support and as such much have a pleasant demeanor and enjoy working directly with others.

Responsibilities

• Follows agreed procedures to perform simple installations, replace consumable items and check the correct working of installations.
• Documents and reports on work done.
