Pay Range: $45,000 - $150,000 annually (Commission Based)

As a Sales Associate at Furniture Mart USA, you'll guide customers through a wide selection of stylish home furnishings. Your work will play a key role in helping customers turn houses into homes, for the people they love-because that’s what we’re passionate about.

Job Duties:

• Stay Positive: Make great first impressions with energy and enthusiasm.
• Connect with Customers: Build lasting relationships and grow your referral network.
• Know Your Stuff: Use your product knowledge to match customers with the right pieces.
• Perfect the Process: Verify orders and ensure seamless transactions.
• Follow Through: Handle post-sale issues quickly and professionally.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Positive, upbeat attitude
• Some sales experience preferred
• Professional appearance
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work nights and weekends
• Pre-employment screening includes, but isn’t limited to, a criminal background check
