Aetna Customer Service Representative

Location: Olympia, USA

Salary: $20-30 per hour

Educational Requirements: Bachelor's Degree (High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience may be considered)

Job Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls, internet inquiries, and written correspondence from Medicare benefit participants.
• Provide compassionate one‑on‑one assistance to Medicare beneficiaries, actively listening and staying attentive to their wishes.
• Navigate multiple systems to resolve complex problems efficiently.
• Engage in ongoing training and pursue self‑improvement.
• Complete a 7‑week on‑site training program and then perform work‑from‑home duties.

Pay Range

• Minimum: $20.00 per hour
• Maximum: $30.00 per hour (actual earnings vary by location and other factors)

Required Qualifications

• Creole bilingual (Spanish bilingual also preferred)
• Residency within 50‑mile radius of Plantation Walk, FL
• Ability to work independently, honor commitments, and collaborate with a team
• Experience or comfort working with senior populations and/or understanding medical insurance terminology is desired
• Will have to be onsite for the 7‑week training period; thereafter work from home in a suitable environment

Training

The initial training is conducted onsite at Plantation Walk, FL for seven weeks. After successful completion, the employee will transition to a work‑from‑home setting.
