Description
Role and Responsibilities
Specific duties include:
- Maintain safe work practices and safety awareness, while assisting Line Mechanics in the repair, maintenance and troubleshooting of the plant.
- Assist with special projects.
- Other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to consistently lift 60 lbs.
- Ability to climb ladders and safely work in tight cramped spaces and heights.
- Requires normal hearing and sight (corrected).
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Maintenance related experience
- Knowledge and experience in plumbing, power transmissions, pumps, welding, fabrication and troubleshooting industrial equipment.
- Ability to maintain quality safety awareness in industrial settings.
- Must be able to read, write and speak the English language.
