Product Designer

This is a remote role — NEXT is a 100% remote company.

As Product Designer you'll lead the core UX and UI of NEXT. You're tasked to elevate the existing user patterns and flows, as well as creating new ones as we develop and evolve the product.

You will work closely with Customer Success, Growth, and Product Management, and Engineering to identify and solve user pain points, as well as find new opportunities to create delightful interactions that will make users feel empowered and successful in using NEXT.

This role requires a solid level of interaction, user experience (UX), and visual design (UI) skills to lead and shape our product at a fast-moving pace whilst maintaining a high bar of product quality.

You'll participate in all steps of the value creation process: observing users and usages, defining problems and points of friction, exploring the potential solutions, testing both assumptions and hypothesis, then launching it, followed by measuring success.

What We Are Looking For

• 3+ years of product design experience in an individual contributor role
• Ambition to lead design for a product
• Creative original thinker
• Experience in creating multi-input interactions, experiences, and end-to-end flows with high-fidelity visuals
• Experience in working with a design system (experience with Material-UI is a bonus)
• Good prototyping skills (basic coding knowledge is a bonus)
• Experience in validating design solutions using qualitative and quantitative methods
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Cross-functional collaboration mindset
