Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Master's degree preferred. 5-7 years of relevant experience in structural engineering. EIT certification preferred or in progress. Proficiency in Revit is required. Skills & Competencies: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Willingness to take initiative and accept new responsibilities. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Must be US Citizen, Permanent Resident or have Green Card authorization
