Your main responsibilities may include:Connecting with guests-Greeting customers warmly, taking accurate orders at the counter or drive thru, and handling payments.Preparing fresh food-Operating grills, fryers, and assembly stations to prepare high-quality menu items according to McDonald's standards.Keeping it clean-Maintaining a sparkling clean dining room, kitchen, and service area to ensure a safe environment for everyone.Teamwork-Communicating smoothly with your teammates to get orders out quickly and efficiently.What We Are Looking ForYou don't need a long resume or decades of experience to succeed here.
