Job Title: Compliance Data Entry Specialist Job Description

The Temporary Compliance Data Entry Specialist will provide administrative and data-entry support to the Compliance Manager during a period of increased compliance and audit activity. This position primarily involves entering, organizing, reviewing, and maintaining documentation related to prevailing wage, certified payroll, and apprenticeship compliance. It is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with repetitive and high-volume data, and able to follow established procedures accurately.

• Enter and organize documentation related to prevailing wage, certified payroll, and apprenticeship compliance.
• Review and maintain compliance-related documentation.
• Assist the Compliance Manager during audits and periods of increased compliance activity.
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in handling large volumes of data.

• Previous experience in payroll, accounting, HR, construction administration, or compliance
• Experience working with payroll or timekeeping systems
• Familiarity with certified payroll, prevailing wage, or apprenticeship documentation is helpful but not required
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy

This is a Contract position based out of Plymouth, WI.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
