Physician - Urology - $250K Sign-On

Urologist Position At Meritus Health

Join an established, growing Urology practice with a strong referral network. Provide comprehensive adult urological care with access to two da Vinci robotic surgical systems, 16 operating rooms, and an advanced ambulatory surgery center. Teaching and mentoring opportunities may be available based on interest, qualifications, and organizational needs.

Evaluate and treat urological conditions, including prostate disorders, kidney stones, bladder dysfunction, and urological cancers. Provide office-based care and procedures, surgical treatment, and postoperative follow-up. Perform robotic-assisted, laparoscopic, endoscopic, and open procedures within approved privileges; collaborate with the care team and participate in shared call.

MD or DO degree and completion of an accredited Urology residency. Board certification or eligibility in Urology. Eligibility for an unrestricted Maryland medical license, DEA registration, and appropriate hospital and surgical privileges. Experience with robotic-assisted and minimally invasive urological procedures.

$650,000 annual base salary plus performance bonus opportunities. $250,000 Sign-On Bonus. Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; paid time off; 401(k) with employer match; and malpractice coverage. Continuing education and professional development support.
