Cox Fleet is currently hiring a CDL B Driver – Vehicle Porter to join our Shop Team and support the future growth of the Company. Responsibilities Shuttle commercial vehicles to and from our maintenance shop and customers in the surrounding area, returning home each evening. Pick up and deliver parts from local parts stores or distribution centers back to the maintenance shop. Provide excellent customer service by exceeding customers’ expectations. Contribute to the achievement of Maintenance Shop department goals and objectives. Maintain a safe and compliant working environment. Attend management meetings when requested. Perform other duties as assigned to meet business requirements. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED and at least 3 years of experience in a related field (or a comparable combination of education and experience). A valid ClassB commercial driver’s license (CDL). Between 1 and 3 years of CDL driving experience. Capacity to lift up to 75 pounds and maneuver heavy equipment. Ability to read and follow maps, routes, and GPS systems. Demonstrated customer‑service experience with internal and external contacts. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization. Familiarity with local geography. Compliance with DOT FMCSA regulations, including a successful background screening and a DOT physical. Current and valid DOT medical card with more than four months remaining (or a DOT physical if expiration is within four months). Minimum age of 21 years and possession of a valid state driver’s license required for interstate operation. 3‑year Motor Vehicle Records review required; maintain Driver Qualification File. #J-18808-Ljbffr
