• Experience: Minimum 2+ years in respiratory therapy, high-risk delivery experience preferred

What You'll Do:

• Provide respiratory care for patients across multiple treatment areas including ED, ICU, Med/Tele, and high-risk labor/delivery units
• Support neonates in Level 3 NICU and pediatric ICU patients, including high-risk deliveries
• Manage airway and ventilator support, including intubation when necessary
• Conduct ABG analysis and troubleshooting ventilator issues
• Administer inhaled medications, including nitric oxide, and respond to code blue and rapid response situations
• Support high-risk deliveries and neonatal stabilization with advanced respiratory skills
• Operate advanced equipment such as Servo U, Trilogy, Vapotherm, NICU oscillator, and more

What You Need:

• Louisiana State Respiratory Therapist licensure
• 2+ years of relevant RT experience, comfortable with high-risk deliveries and NICU/PICU support
• Certifications: BLS, NRP (required); ACLS, PALS (preferred)
• Skilled in airway management, ventilator support, ABGs, neonatal intubation, and ventilator troubleshooting
• Ability to float among all four campuses within driving distance
• Strong communication and clinical skills
