We are currently seeking a dedicated and nurturing Toddler Teacher to support our infant classroom at our beautiful East Cobb location. As an Infant Assistant Teacher, you will play a vital role in supporting the Lead Teacher in creating a warm, secure, and developmentally appropriate environment for infants aged 6 weeks to 12 months. You’ll help foster trusting relationships, provide attentive care, and contribute to the daily rhythms that help each child grow and thrive. Duties Key Responsibilities: Assist the Lead Teacher in the day-to-day care of infants, including feeding, diapering, soothing, and supporting sleep routines. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment aligned with Georgia DECAL and Quality Rated standards. Support the implementation of an age‑appropriate curriculum that promotes sensory exploration, early communication, and gross motor development. Observe and document developmental milestones and communicate regularly with families. Follow all licensing and program guidelines related to health, safety, and sanitation. Actively participate in staff meetings, professional development, and training required for Quality Rated compliance. Requirements Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required ; CDA or progress toward a credential in Early Childhood Education required . Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire). Ability to meet all requirements under Georgia’s Bright from the Start and Quality Rated guidelines.
