Product Designer

Imperial Design is hiring a Product Designer for on-site work in Muskegon, MI . This position focuses on taking designs from concept through completion by developing new and updated product work, including fixture design, while maintaining alignment with customer requirements. In this role, you will work on product development using NX , supporting both fresh designs and modifications to existing ones. You will also contribute to ensuring that manufactured parts are dimensioned and tolerated correctly so they function as intended. What you’ll do Perform design work in NX (open to candidates who have experience with other CAD packages and are willing to learn NX) Lead new product design and modifications to existing designs Design fixtures as part of the product development process Verify that parts meet customer specifications What you bring 5+ years of experience Working knowledge of GD&T , including the ability to understand how to dimension and tolerance parts for functionality Tools and technologies NX Compensation and schedule Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour Job type: Full-time Benefits 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Work location: In person (Muskegon, MI) #J-18808-Ljbffr Imperial Design
