Healogics, Inc. is seeking a Wound Care RN- Case Manager in Middleburg Heights, OH. In this role, you will provide essential nursing care to patients at the Wound Care Center while managing intake and discharge processes. The ideal candidate holds an ADN with a valid RN license and has wound care experience, with a preference for BSN graduates. You will assist in patient assessments, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and may serve as Case Manager for assigned patients.
