As a highly skilled Medical Assistant Site Lead at MyCHN, a nonprofit healthcare leader, you will play a vital role in our organization, which boasts over 100 providers across 15+ locations in the Greater Houston and Gulf Coast area. This is an exciting opportunity to enhance your clinical skills, lead a passionate team, and contribute to improving the health of underserved communities.

What You'll Do:

• Lead daily huddles & mentor Medical Assistants
• Manage patient flow & ensure clinic readiness
• Perform advanced clinical tasks (labs, EKGs, injections, etc.)
• Oversee vaccine programs, supply orders & chart audits
• Support staff, resolve issues, and enhance patient experience
• Take vitals & prepare patients for exams
• Assist with labs, procedures, and follow-ups
• Maintain organized records and stocked rooms
• Deliver whole-person care with enthusiasm!

What You'll Need:

• Medical Assistant Diploma or Certification
• Minimum 3 years of Medical Assistant experience
• CPR/BLS Certified
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Bilingual in Spanish? That's a big plus!
• Strong clinical skills & leadership experience
• Experience in Women's Health, Pediatrics, or Chronic Care
• Excellent communication & multitasking abilities
• A passion for quality care and team success
• Certification with the national registry as a Medical Assistant - REQUIRED
• No certification? 1-2 years of experience working under the supervision of a Medical Physician
