We would love to discuss it with you in more detail!Service Advisor Responsibilities:Responsible for greeting customers coming into the service department for all service needsTake and determine appropriate course of action for all incoming service department telephone calls concerning pending repairs, scheduling, cost and completion datesAssist in the preparation of quotes on repair jobs. Write service orders and obtain customer approval of ordersOpen Repair Orders and close Repair Orders in times of customer/service overflowAssist the Shop Supervisor(s) in the assignment of service technicians to specific service jobs. Monitor job progress and keep customer updatedAssist service technicians in identifying opportunities to Up-SellReport all customer complaints to the Service Manager and/or the Assistant Service ManagerInspect each departing job for quality and cleanlinessFinalizes paperwork upon completion of work and at end of shiftCheck all cash schedules dailyAssist Shop Supervisor daily.
