Qualifications and Experience Sought:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active SLP license; eligibility for Texas state licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellow (CFY) applicants will also be considered
• Experience in a pediatric or school-based SLP setting is highly desirable
• Skilled in assessments, IEP development, and providing both individual and group therapy
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Commitment to evidence-based best practices and professional ethics

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students from diverse backgrounds
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to design and execute effective treatment plans
• Develop, monitor, and update Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) as needed
• Maintain thorough and compliant documentation of assessments, therapy sessions, and progress
• Serve as a resource for staff and families regarding language and communication needs
• Promote students’ access to curriculum through targeted therapy and support
