This role involves working in a Nursing Home environment attached to a hospital, providing care primarily to elderly patients with conditions such as dementia and requiring rehabilitation. • Perform charting, assessments, and charge duties
• Administer medications and clinical skills such as IVs, catheters, and ostomy care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team including therapy, administration, social workers, and dietary staff

• Current BLS certification
• Experience working with elderly patients
• Valid RN license to submit
