You will sit at the intersection of AI research, model and agent development, and production AI operations, translating deeply technical capabilities into compelling stories that resonate with AI researchers, engineers, platform teams, and technical decision‑makers. Working closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Developer Relations, and Customer Marketing, you’ll help shape how the market understands and adopts the next generation of AI development workflows. This is a highly cross‑functional role that requires technical fluency, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping developers build better AI products. We offer a broad portfolio of products spanning experiment tracking, model evaluation, AI observability, agent development, and MLOps, helping the world’s leading AI teams build, evaluate, and operate AI models and agents with confidence and speed. This role sits at the forefront of our purpose‑built tools for accelerating the agent loop. You will work with key stakeholders in marketing, sales, product management and engineering to shape CoreWeave’s software portfolio growth. You’re eager to listen to customers, understand the mechanics of how we win in the market, and package key insights into scalable value propositions in close collaboration with other teams across the organization. This is an opportunity to lead the industry with unmatched performance, breakthrough innovations, and differentiated value propositions. It is critical that you leverage data and analytics to demonstrate impact of your work through metrics from adoption to deal flow in a way that is intuitive for your stakeholders and senior executives. Positioning & Messaging Develop compelling positioning and messaging for products across experiment tracking, model evaluation, agent observability improvement and MLOps workflows. Create narratives, demos, and product storytelling that clearly communicate CoreWeave’s differentiation and value to AI researchers, engineers, platform teams, and technical decision‑makers. Support product launches with persona‑driven messaging grounded in customer insights, market research, and product adoption data. Partner with Demand Generation and Content Marketing to develop campaign briefs and messaging frameworks that scale across the customer journey. Develop customer case studies, testimonials, and reference materials that demonstrate the business and technical impact of our products. Collaborate with Content Marketing and Demand Generation teams to amplify customer successes through blogs, webinars, events, and other thought leadership channels. Gather and synthesize customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and market trends to inform messaging, positioning, and product strategy. Help establish repeatable processes for capturing customer insights and sharing them across the organization. Go‑to‑Market & Sales Enablement Equip Sales, Solutions Architects, and Customer Success teams with messaging frameworks, battlecards, competitive intelligence, presentations, and technical enablement content. Develop product‑focused content that clearly articulates the value of our platform for building, evaluating, and operating AI systems. Support product launches and adoption initiatives in partnership with Product, Engineering, Developer Relations, and Sales teams. Collaborate with strategic technology and ecosystem partners to strengthen CoreWeave’s market presence and developer adoption. Be the hands‑on product expert by building and running AI workflows with the tools, creating compelling demos, and leveraging firsthand product experience to shape messaging, enablement, and customer engagements. Metrics & Measurement Measure the effectiveness of product positioning, messaging, and launch activities through adoption, engagement, and pipeline metrics. Track the impact of sales enablement assets and go‑to‑market programs on pipeline generation, deal velocity, and win rates. Analyze product adoption and customer retention trends to identify opportunities for improved messaging and growth. Monitor competitive dynamics and help improve performance in strategic opportunities. Report on product marketing’s contribution to awareness, adoption, customer expansion, and revenue growth. Who You Are 3+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Technical Marketing, Product Management, Developer Marketing, or a related go‑to‑market role, ideally within AI/ML, developer tools, SaaS, data platforms, or enterprise software. Strong technical aptitude with the ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, Developer Relations teams, and Solutions Architects. Ability to understand complex AI, machine learning, or developer workflows and translate technical capabilities into clear customer value, compelling narratives, and differentiated positioning. Experience creating product launches, sales enablement materials, customer‑facing content, demos, case studies, webinars, and other go‑to‑market assets. Familiarity with customer research, persona development, customer journeys, use‑case identification, and customer advocacy programs. Proven ability to manage cross‑functional projects and contribute to successful product launches, adoption initiatives, and integrated marketing campaigns. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Curiosity about AI, machine learning, LLMs, AI agents, and the tools developers use to build, evaluate, and operate AI systems. Preferred Academic or business background in AI and machine learning. Hands‑on experience with Python, data science, machine learning workflows, or developer tools. Wondering if you're a good fit? We believe in investing in our people, and value candidates who can bring their own diversified experiences to our teams – even if you aren’t a 100% skill or experience match. Below are qualities we find compatible with our team. If some of this describes you, we’d love to talk. You enjoy translating complex AI and machine learning workflows into clear, compelling stories that resonate with audiences ranging from AI researchers and engineers to technical leaders and business stakeholders. You’re naturally curious about how AI models and agents are built, evaluated, and deployed, and you instinctively ask, “What problem does this solve for customers?” before developing messaging or launching a campaign. You thrive at the intersection of technology and go‑to‑market strategy, using customer insights, market research, and competitive analysis to shape positioning and drive adoption. You enjoy partnering across Product, Engineering, Developer Relations, Sales, and Customer Success to bring new products and features to market. You’re excited by the rapidly evolving AI landscape and want to help define how developers build, evaluate, and operate the next generation of AI systems. You measure success not only by launches and content creation, but by meaningful business outcomes such as product adoption, customer engagement, pipeline influence, and revenue growth.
