Therapy - RRT

Respiratory Therapist

This position involves providing respiratory therapy services for patients across all age groups, from neonates to geriatrics. Candidates must demonstrate specific technical skills and experience in critical care settings. Staff will operate ventilators and engage in procedures crucial for managing patient respiratory health. 1:1 patient ratios are maintained for optimal care. Regular weekend rotation is required, occurring every other weekend, with holiday expectations based on patient needs. Charcoal gray scrubs are mandatory attire for work. PPE, including N95 masks, will be provided.

Experience: 2 years License: Active license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and either RRT or CRT Must-Have: - 2 years' experience with full lifespan of patients (peds, adults, and geri) - Active BLS and ACLS (AHA), PALS, NRP, and RRT (CRT also accepted) - EPIC experience - Technical skills in trachs, nitrous oxide procedures, proning techniques, ECMO, critical care experience, ventilator-associated pneumonia prevention experience, spontaneous breathing trials, and ABG draws
