Audit Manager

A well-respected firm in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, is seeking an Audit Manager. They are a firm that promotes growth and values family. This is a very well-established firm offering a hybrid role. This is a great opportunity for an Audit Manager to work their way up within the firm. Job Duties Supervise, complete, and review multiple audit programs simultaneously Supervise staff on multiple concurrent engagements Review and assess completion of audits Coordinate with clients and the firm to take necessary action on audit findings Ensure deliverables, and work papers are clear, concise, well written, and conform with firm standards and professional requirements Actively participate in developing audit department training, methodology, and resources Prioritize and manage multiple engagements to meet schedule and budget requirements Ability to travel throughout the year Qualifications CPA Required Bachelor's in Accounting 5+ Years of Experience in Public Accounting Supervisory Experience Industry experience preferred (Construction, Banks, & Financial Institutions) Benefits/ Perks Medical, Dental & Vision Offered Safe harbor 3% contribution to 401k PTO Limited busy season hours Tight-knit/ Family Feel Firm Maternity & Paternity leave Paid Overtime 10 Paid Holiday's Summer hours flexibility Quick hiring process!
