Responsibilities
- Work our exclusive, high-intent leads to connect with clients, close sales, and grow your book.
- Assess clients’ needs and recommend smart, tailored coverage options.
- Sell a full suite of insurance products. Auto, home, business, life, and specialty lines.
- Build long-term relationships that keep clients coming back.
- Manage quotes, policies, and renewals through our CRM and agency systems.
- Stay current on industry trends and carrier updates to always offer the best solutions.
- Collaborate with underwriters and team members to ensure smooth policy issuance and claims service.
Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (we’ll help with additional states if needed).
- At least 2 years of solid sales experience in P&C insurance with a strong track record.
- Excellent communication and people skills. You know how to build trust and close deals.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Comfortable using CRMs, insurance software, and Microsoft Office.
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is a plus.
- A self-starter attitude, attention to detail, and the drive to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with top carriers or agencies (like Farmers, State Farm, Allstate) is a bonus.
