Overview Mobile Crisis Coordinator / Community Regional Crisis Response Job Category: Mobile Crisis Requisition Number: MOBIL007134 Locations: Showing 1 location 2510 Hunter Pl Woodbridge, 2510 Hunter Place, Suites 101 & 102, Woodbridge, VA 22192, USA Responsibilities Provides immediate, mobile crisis intervention for individuals experiencing mental health crises. This response includes conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering intensive counseling to stabilize the client and reduce hospitalization risk. Leads meetings to engage support networks, creates service plans tailored to client needs, and works within a multidisciplinary team for coordinating care. Maintains accurate, detailed documentation of all client interactions. May participate in rotating on-call schedule. Travel to Arlington, Alexandria, Fairfax, Loudoun, and Prince William counties/cities. Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to one of the mentioned areas. Compensation and Benefits Sign-on and retention bonus for new hires with payout milestones at 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year; additional yearly stipends provided as grant funding permits.
