We are seeking a compassionate and motivated LLPC or LLMFT to join our growing practice. This position is available as full-time or part-time, in-person only, and is ideal for clinicians who value meaningful community work within a supportive and clinician-centered environment.

Employment Classification

• This is a W-2 employee position (not 1099)
• Structured employment model with administrative and clinical support

Schedule & Caseload

• Full-time and part-time opportunities available
• Minimum of 10 client hours per week required
• Opportunity to build up to 30 in-person client hours per week once caseload is established
• In-person in our calm, beautiful, and stocked office

• Active LLPC or LLMFT license in the state of Michigan

Compensation & Benefits

• $50 per clinical hour
• $50 weekly administrative pay for every 10 clients seen per week
