Location: Valley View, OH Shift: 4:15pm-2:45am Pay: $16.50 per hour

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Sorting Operator to join our metal stamping and machining team. In this role, you will inspect, sort, and organize stamped and machined metal parts to ensure they meet quality standards before moving to the next stage of production or shipment. Responsibilities

• Sort and inspect stamped and machined metal parts for quality and accuracy.
• Identify and separate defective or non-conforming products.
• Perform visual inspections for burrs, dents, scratches, cracks, and other defects.
• Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, or tape measures to verify product dimensions (training provided if needed).
• Count, package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment or the next production process.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or quality inspection experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Basic math and counting skills.
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
• Reliable attendance and the ability to work in a team environment.
