Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive pelvic floor and orthopedic physical therapy evaluations, including internal and external assessment (as appropriate) Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for pelvic health conditions, including: Urinary incontinence and urgency Pelvic pain and dyspareunia Pregnancy and postpartum recovery Core and pelvic floor dysfunction Deliver skilled interventions including manual therapy, pelvic floor retraining, neuromuscular re‑education, and therapeutic exercise Educate patients on pelvic health, movement strategies, and long‑term wellness Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on outcomes Collaborate with referring providers and healthcare professionals Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation Support growth and development of pelvic health services Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program Active Maryland Physical Therapist license (or eligibility) Experience or strong interest in pelvic health / pelvic floor physical therapy Completion of pelvic health coursework (Herman & Wallace, APTA Pelvic Health, or equivalent) preferred Ability to perform or willingness to be trained in internal pelvic floor examination and treatment Strong understanding of orthopedic and movement-based rehabilitation Excellent communication and patient education skills CPR and First Aid certification Compensation Salary: $78,000-$90,000/year based on experience Why Join FX Physical Therapy?
