The right candidate has a can-do attitude, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to provide many levels of support to our clients. 55 Weekly Hours Available Starting Immediately CLIENTS AVAILABLE IN SAN FRANCISCO: 11 Weekly Hours - Male in SF Monday: 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm Thursday: 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm Saturday: 4:00 pm - 9:00 pm CLIENTS AVAILABLE IN CONCORD: 44 Weekly Hours - Male in Concord Monday: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm & 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm Tuesday: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm Thursday: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm & 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm Friday: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm & 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm Saturday: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm & 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm Sunday: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm & 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm Benefits Ongoing Bonus Opportunities (ranging from $200 - $1000) Tapcheck - on-demand access to your paycheck Retirement Plan Health Insurance Paid Sick Leave Competitive Pay Paid Training Reimbursement of Certifications Responsibilities Provide personal hygiene assistance for elderly patients or those recovering from surgeries, injuries or accidents by attending to their basic needs, such as showering, bathing, dressing and eating Remindclients to take prescribed medication Help with mobility around the house or outside (doctor's appointments, walks etc.) Assist with personal care and hygiene Plan and prepare meals Complete client's shopping or accompany them to successfully do so Perform housekeeping duties Report any unusual incidents and act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency Offer activities that areessential for daily living by assisting patients with their meals, including serving and other tasks, if necessary Qualifications Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations Valid driver's license and reliable transportation every single day Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner Available to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekends Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment (minimum of 1 year) Willingness to enforce health and safety standards Supportive and compassionate High School Diploma or equivalent/Experience as a Caregiver Take pride in providing high quality care Hoyer LiftExperience (specific to client) We're a family-owned franchise located in the heart of San Francisco.
