Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist

Overview H2 Health is seeking a dedicated Pediatric Speech‑Language Pathologist to join our capable team of healthcare professionals. In this role, you will provide specialized speech and language therapy services to children from infancy through adolescence, helping to diagnose and treat a variety of speech, voice, and language disorders. Working both in specialized H2 Health facilities and providing in‑home care, this position offers the unique opportunity to develop tailored interventions that support the communication and swallowing abilities of children in various stages of development. Responsibilities Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in children Develop and implement treatment plans based on each child's needs Provide therapy through innovative services tailored to pediatric care Record, maintain, and update patient progress and treatment plans Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care Educate families about how to support their children's speech and language development at home Qualifications Strong understanding of pediatric speech and language disorders and treatment modalities Ability to build rapport with children and their families Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using therapeutic technology and equipment Valid state license in Speech‑Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech‑Language Pathology (CCC‑SLP) from the American Speech‑Language‑Hearing Association (ASHA) Benefits Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k #J-18808-Ljbffr
