Assembly Technician Position
Currently seeking qualified candidates for an Assembly Technician position on 1st shift in the Florence, KY area. Compensation and benefits for the Assembly Technician include an unlimited $150 referral bonus for any new applicants you refer, vacation pay, and temp to hire opportunities. Health, dental, and vision insurance are also provided.
Responsibilities of the Assembly Technician include:
- Crane training & walk behind fork truck training
- Assisting the Mechanical Assembler with a variety of parts to help the manufacturing process
- Ensuring all parts required for complete assembly of machine are delivered to the assembly location
- Assisting with aligning, adjusting, and modifying sheet metal components to assure proper fit onto the machine
- Using a variety of hand tools, including drills, grinders, and air-powered tools, when installing parts and sub-assemblies
- Keeping the work area in a clean and orderly condition
- Following all company instructions, safety policies, and rules
- Performing other duties as required and/or assigned
Requirements of the Assembly Technician include working 1st shift 6 am- 2:30pm M-F + Saturdays, passing a 10 panel drug test, being self-driven, and having reliable transportation.
