Position: Litigation Associate Attorney

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to further develop a litigation practice while working alongside experienced litigators in a collaborative and professional environment. The ideal candidate will have meaningful litigation experience, strong legal research and writing skills, and the ability to work directly with clients.

About the Practice

The Litigation team represents clients in a broad range of disputes and legal matters, delivering strategic counsel, effective advocacy, and exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Assist clients with a variety of litigation matters

✅ Conduct legal research and analysis

✅ Draft motions, briefs, and other litigation-related documents

✅ Provide exceptional client service and practical legal guidance

✅ Collaborate closely with attorneys across the litigation team

✅ Support case strategy, discovery, and matter management

✅ Manage matters with strong attention to detail and accuracy

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school

• Member of The Florida Bar required

• 2–4 years of transferable litigation experience

• Strong legal research skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

• Excellent multitasking and case management skills

• Prior courtroom and/or deposition experience preferred
