Chief Financial OfficerA well-established, growth-minded organization is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join its executive leadership team. This is an opportunity for a seasoned finance executive to shape financial strategy, strengthen infrastructure, and serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board.The MandateSet and execute financial strategy in partnership with the CEO and Board of DirectorsOversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range strategic planningLead capital structure decisions, financing strategy, and investor/stakeholder relationsEnsure the integrity of financial reporting, controls, and compliance across the organizationBuild, mentor, and scale a high-performing finance and accounting organizationEvaluate M&A opportunities and lead financial due diligence as neededPartner cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, and executive leadership to drive business performanceServe as the primary financial voice in board meetings and strategic planning sessionsWhat We're Looking For15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including prior CFO or senior finance executive experienceProven track record building financial strategy and infrastructure within a growing organizationStrong background in financial reporting, capital planning, and board-level communicationBachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required; MBA or CPA strongly preferredExceptional leadership, communication, and executive presenceCompensation & PerksThis fully remote position offers a highly competitive executive compensation package, including base salary, performance-based incentives, equity potential, and a comprehensive benefits package.
