We're growing and looking for a people-driven, detail-oriented Staffing Specialist & Recruiter who enjoys meeting candidates face-to-face, building relationships, and thriving in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.

What You'll Do

Be the first impression of opportunity.

• You'll serve as the welcoming face of Manpower-guiding candidates through their job search and helping them find roles where they can succeed.

Own the full recruiting lifecycle.

• Source, interview, assess, and place candidates in roles that align with their skills, goals, and strengths.

Conduct meaningful, in-person interviews.

• Go beyond the résumé to understand each candidate's personality, motivations, and long-term career goals.

Build relationships that last.

• Develop strong connections with candidates and clients-earning trust through consistency, communication, and follow-through.

Partner with hiring managers.

• Collaborate with clients to understand workforce needs and deliver targeted recruiting strategies that get results.

Stay organized and compliant.

• Maintain accurate applicant records, track interviews, and ensure documentation is complete and compliant in our ATS.

Represent Manpower in the community.

• Attend job fairs, networking events, and client meetings as a professional brand ambassador.

Deliver an exceptional experience.

• Provide timely updates, clear communication, and reliable follow-up so candidates and clients feel supported every step of the way.

Who You Are

• A natural people-person who enjoys meeting new faces and building trust

• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

• A strong communicator-both in writing and in person

• An active listener who understands the needs of clients and candidates

• A quick learner who thrives in a multi-tasking, fast-paced environment

• Background in Human Resources or Customer Service is a plus
