This full-time position offers the unique opportunity to design your practice around your professional goals within a premier, tech-forward environment, distinguished as one of the few HIMSS Stage VII facilities in the country.Responsibilities:Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, including diagnostic interviews and mental status examinations, to develop individualized treatment plansPrescribe and monitor psychotropic medications, evaluating efficacy and side effects to ensure optimal patient outcomesUtilize psychotherapeutic methods in conjunction with pharmacological treatments to manage acute and chronic mental health conditionsPartner with primary care, social work, and nursing teams to provide integrated behavioral health support across clinical settingsMaintain accurate electronic medical records (EHR) and participate in clinical quality reviews to enhance patient safety and care standardsRequirements:Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN) with a clear plan for certification within a specified timeframe.Possession of or eligibility for an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registrationExperience with or aptitude for utilizing EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation toolsStrong communication skills and proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)Benefits:Highly competitive salary offers (Negotiable-MGMA guidelines)Medical/Dental/Vision comprehensive insurance plans available403(b) retirement plan including employer matchExceptional CME/Licensures funds - $6,000Licensure reimbursement: license, CSR, DEA, Dues/SubscriptionsFlexible time off – 5 Weeks of PTO & 1 Week of CMEContract bonuses off visit productivitySign-on bonus (negotiable)HRSA Workforce Student Loan RepaymentQuality BonusOpen to H-1B applicants who meet all federal requirements and possess an unrestricted Indiana medical licenseCompetitive compensation package aligned with current MGMA benchmarks; final salary is indicative and subject to adjustment based on the candidate's professional experience and qualifications
