Job Title Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical / Telemetry Location Rockford, IL | Acute Care Schedule / Job Type Contract | Nights (19:00–07:30) | Three 12-hour shifts per week | Onsite Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical / Telemetry observation unit Monitor and interpret telemetry readings, responding promptly to changes in patient condition Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions per physician orders and established protocols Participate in every third weekend rotation and holiday rotation as required Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate safe and effective patient outcomes Required Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois or compact equivalent Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required Must not reside within 50 miles of the facility to be eligible Preferred Experience / Skills Prior experience in a Medical Surgical or Telemetry setting Familiarity with observation unit workflows and documentation Strong assessment and critical thinking skills in a fast-paced inpatient environment Why Join Us Opportunity to work in a dynamic observation unit with a collaborative care team Consistent scheduling with three 12-hour night shifts per week on a contract basis Concentric Healthcare Staffing Job ID 775662.
