2nd Shift Forklift DriverWarehouse & Logistics Temp to Hire On-Site Posted 14 hours, 11 minutes ago Wage negotiable W2Job Description2nd Shift Forklift DriverLocation: Bentonville, ARSchedule: Monday to Friday, 11 am to 7:30 pmPay rate: $21Duties:Operate a variety of highly sophisticated packing machines, ensuring the inbound/outbound schedules are met.Work as part of a team to load and/or unload materials.Evaluate systems and processes, identifying opportunities for improvement.Comply with company policies and safety guidelines, helping to maintain a safe and orderly work environment.Meet quality and performance requirements as outlined by quality assurance and production standards.Report safety hazards, quality, and production issues to management immediately.Accurately pick, pack, check, and load products to and from designated areas in the facility, as well as on and off trailers.Move materials packed on pallets or in crates around the storage facility.Stack loads in the correct storage bays, following inventory-control instructions.Complete forms and handle documentation.Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs, and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenance.Keep accurate production records and report issues.Perform other duties as required.Requirements:1 year of related work experienceRF Scanner experience preferredOSHA forklift certification or operating experience preferredAttention to detail and efficient basic computer skillsProven ability to use basic mathematical skillsStrong problem-solving abilities and work ethicMust be able to take direction from multiple supervisorsHighly organized and efficient at prioritizing workloadAbility to meet deadlines and work well under pressure at a fast paceCapable of following work instructions of high repetitionsDemonstrate the ability to be cross trained on different jobsWillingness to work overtime when neededAbility to read, write and speak English proficiently is required.
