Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Conducting thorough assessments, developing integrated care plans, and ensuring clients receive coordinated services.

  • Providing individual, group, and family therapy to clients, focusing on their specific needs and goals.
  • \n
  • Utilizing brief, evidence-based screening tools and assessments to gain insight into client situations and needs.
  • \n
  • Facilitating crisis intervention efforts and responding to emergencies with appropriate care and procedures.
  • \n
  • Monitoring client progress, including attendance at sessions, adherence to treatment plans, and overall outcomes.

  • Participating actively in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client welfare, share insights, and enhance treatment strategies.

  • Ensuring the timely completion of reports and documentation required for case management and compliance.

  • Providing on-call coverage to support clients during urgent situations as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will specifically target individuals experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, often from underserved demographics. This role requires empathy and cultural sensitivity to engage effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds, ensuring that all individuals feel valued, understood, and supported in their treatment journey.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess the following:

  • A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential.

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a related field; a Master's Degree is preferred.

  • Strong organizational, planning, and case management skills, with a high level of attention to detail.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experiences will enhance candidacy:

Compensation and Benefits\n

Mind Protect Psychological Services offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
