Process Technician I

Setsup, operates, and monitorsproduction equipment and processesto maximize productivity. Performs audits and ensuresadherence to safety protocols and quality standards. Performsroot cause analysisand troubleshooting on equipmentand processes. Adjustsmachine settings and process parameters as needed. Recordsproduction data and maintainsaccurate logs. Collaborateswith team members to optimize production efficiency. Identifiesand reportsany issues or deviations in the production process. Assistsin implementing process improvements and new technologiesand machinery. Job Skills Requirements Basic knowledge of assigned production processes and equipment. Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and work instructions. Basic computer skills for data entry and report generation. Attention to detail and quality focus. Good communication and teamwork skills Educational Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent education and experience. Experience Requirements Some prior experience or training infabricationpreferred but not required. Physical & Environmental Requirements Some physicaldemand;often lifts light to heavy-weight material. Frequent lifting/moving average weight (up to 50 lbs/11-27 kgs) material. Ability to performoccasionalto frequent pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, twisting, crawling and/or reaching over a full work shift (8-12 hours). Ability to operate motorized vehicles over a full work shift (8-12 hours). Ability to stand and / or walk constantly over a full work shift on concrete (8-12 hours). May be exposed to noise levels for which hearing protection is required to be worn over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
