Pay: $65,000 - $100,000 Annually
Note: Pay may vary based on experience, certifications, and location.

What You’ll Do
- Applies paint to vehicle parts after repair work is complete
- Covers vehicle parts that do not require painting
- Buffs or cleans surfaces after the paint dries
- Requests necessary materials
- Performs paint jobs efficiently and according to collision center guidelines
- Maintains CSI at or above company standards
- Maintains an organized, clean, and safe work area
- Participate in required training
- Demonstrates the company’s core values
- Complies with company policies and procedures
- Observe all federal, state, local, and company safety rules and regulations
What You Bring
- 3 plus years of auto painting experience
- I-Car Certifications preferred
- Vision abilities including close distance and color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
- Ability to effectively communicate with others
- Ability to read and understand basic instructions, written estimates, and workorders
- Multi-tasking; adapt easily to fast-paced environments
- At least 18 years of age
