Full-time (5-7 shift) and Part-time (2-4 shifts) a month Guaranteed shifts/Flexible schedule Work/Life balance 20+ days off per month No on-call duty or administrative duties Medical, Dental, Vision & Rx benefits CME allowance 401k retirement plan with employer match Paid medical malpractice insurance with unlimited tail coverage Leadership and advancement opportunities Sharp Grossmont Hospital is a 503-bed hospital is an acute care and surgical facility that serves the East County San Diego community. Delivering more than 4,000 babies each year, Sharp Grossmont Hospital is home to 48 private suites (including 24 renovated postpartum delivery suites), high-risk pregnancy services, a level III NICU, cord blood banking and more. It is ranked in the top 10th percentile by Press Ganey for patient satisfaction.
