Bilingual Material Handler Lead - Shipping (2nd Shift)

Responsibilities:

• Lead Daily Operations - Coordinate and oversee shipping activities, assigning tasks and ensuring team productivity and accuracy.
• Support Team Performance - Train, guide, and assist material handlers while addressing questions and resolving issues.
• Order Fulfillment Oversight - Ensure accurate picking, packing, and preparation of outbound orders.
• Shipping Execution - Verify shipping documents, labels, and load outbound shipments safely and on time.
• Receiving Support - Assist with unloading, inspecting, and verifying incoming shipments against documentation.
• Inventory Accuracy - Ensure proper storage, organization, and rotation of materials to maintain inventory integrity.
• Quality & Compliance - Inspect products for damage or discrepancies and ensure adherence to company standards.
• Safety & Organization - Enforce safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience (2+ yrs) in shipping and receiving, warehouse operations, or a related field is preferred.
• Good knowledge of shipping processes and inventory management.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and basic computer applications.
