Charleston Healthcare Center currently has a FT opening for a Payroll Specialist to join our team! As Payroll Specialist, you will efficiently compile and maintain payroll records for Moundsville Healthcare Center employees. This includes:

• Field overtime, paid time, and trade requests, and communicating with Corporate Payroll as needed.
• Respect the confidentiality and dignity of employees.
• Review daily exemption sheets for payroll.
• Ensure that payroll records are accurately maintained.
• Generate payroll reports and distribute them to department heads for review.
• Answer questions from employees, department heads, etc. regarding payroll.

Qualifications And Experience Requirements

• High School graduate or GED equivalent
• Payroll experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Experience in Workday and/or Kronos preferred
• Excellent organization skills and high level of attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
