Dough Mixer 3 Saints Baking Company Schedule: Monday through Friday, 3:30 PM12:00 AM Saturday availability required as needed
3 Saints Baking Company is growing and changing, and we are looking for a dependable Dough Mixer to join our bakery production team.
Our bakery recently transitioned from a cookie bakery to an exciting new focaccia, toast, and specialty bakery manufacturing operation, creating new opportunities for people who want to be part of a fast-paced food production environment.
Qualifications
Responsibilities
Prepare dough according to recipes, formulas, and production schedules
Measure, weigh, and mix ingredients accurately
Follow supervisor direction and production instructions carefully
Operate mixing equipment and related bakery production tools safely
Monitor dough consistency, quality, and production requirements
Complete daily production paperwork accurately
Enter required production information into the computer
Follow food safety, sanitation, GMP, and company procedures
Keep the mixing area clean, safe, and organized
Communicate product, ingredient, equipment, or quality concerns to a supervisor
Assist with other bakery production duties as needed
