Job Description: Design, develop, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions for TEA enterprise applications. The role requires strong hands-on experience across front-end customization, back-end development, and structured team-based development practices:

• Develop and customize Model-Driven Apps and Dataverse-based solutions.
• Build server-side components (plugins, integrations, APIs using C#/.NET)
• Implement client-side customizations (JavaScript, form scripting, PCF controls)
• Design and build data integrations (REST APIs, ETL, Dataflows)
• Manage solution lifecycle using Git-based source control and CI/CD processes
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with root cause analysis
• Collaborate in a multi-developer team environment with a shared codebase
• Produce and maintain technical and deployment documentation
