Responsibilities:  

• Construct and install frameworks, walls, and ceilings with precision.
• Hang and finish drywall to ensure a smooth and polished look.
• Measure and cut materials to the required specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers and other trades to meet deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on existing structures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Utilize hand and power tools effectively for various tasks.

Requirements:

 

• Proven experience as a carpenter, drywaller, all around knowledge in remodeling in residential or commercial settings.
• Strong knowledge of building materials and construction techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
• OSHA certification is a plus.
• Strong set of tools
