Full Time Spa Concierge The Woodhouse Day Spas, voted America’s best day spa in 2012 and 2013, is hiring a Full Time Spa Concierge. The role focuses on creating an outstanding guest experience and serving as the brand ambassador. Responsibilities Provides personal attention from the time the guest walks through the door. Educates the guest on the Woodhouse experience, welcoming them, introducing our locker room and amenities, and ensuring a seamless experience. Answers the phone with a smile each and every time. Ensures the guest enters a clean, safe space with appropriate lighting, music, and scent to create a memorable experience. Remembers the small details that make The Woodhouse special—such as guests’ favorite drink and personal details like birthdays and anniversaries.
