Senior Performance Marketing Manager

Owning the end-to-end paid acquisition program, the full-time Senior Performance Marketing Manager will manage channel strategy, campaign execution, and budget allocation remotely, while also launching new channels and driving creative strategy. Key responsibilities Own the paid channel mix and budget allocation, monitoring qualified-lead delivery and adjusting strategies as needed Manage hands-on campaign execution in platforms like Google Ads and Meta, focusing on audience strategy and structured testing Launch new marketing channels and develop creative strategies in collaboration with creative partners, ensuring effective measurement frameworks are in place Required qualifications 7+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital media buying, with a focus on paid search and paid social campaigns Proven track record of managing and scaling paid acquisition against CAC, CPA, or cost-per-qualified-lead goals with significant media budgets Deep expertise in Google Ads and/or Meta campaign management, including audience management and creative testing Experience in setting strategy for external media agencies and transitioning work in-house Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and product analytics tools for interpreting channel and funnel data
